Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 working days of a paid order.
Shipping is via Australia Post.
Standard Shipping- $10  (2-7 working days)
Express Shipping- $12    (2-3 working days)

GIFT CARDS:

Your E-Voucher will be emailed to you directly with the code. For customers wanting to check their own E-Voucher balance, please email us lostinlace@outlook.com and we will provide you with your balance details. E-Vouchers are unable to be used to buy another Gift Card. Discount codes cannot be applied when purchasing a gift card. Your E-Voucher can be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining. A customer can redeem more than one E-Voucher during checkout. All E-Vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. No hard copies of the gift card purchased will be available for you to collect or be shipped to you-only an emailed version.


PERTH PICK UP:

We also offer Perth pick up. Simply select 'Perth pick up' as your shipping method and we will be in contact via email once the order is processed and payment is cleared. This is when we will organise a suitable time and give you the pick up address. We are located North of the river.

RETURN POLICY:

All returns are at lost in lace's discretion, please contact us at lostinlace@outlook.com

No refunds will be given unless your item is faulty.
In the event of a faulty item, customers will receive a full refund of purchase or a credit note.
Returned goods will not be accepted if they are worn, damaged or washed.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging and all tags must be attached. Proof of purchase must be provided on all returned items.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

We are happy to exchange clothing if sizing was wrongly selected. If your size is unavailable we will kindly let you exchange for another item but unfortunately we do not refund. Exchanges will only be accepted on clothing that has not been worn, damaged or washed. Goods for exchange must be returned within 7 working days of receiving your delivery. All tags must be attached and goods should be returned in their original packaging.
